Who Holds the Power?
The one who holds authority has the power to release. The one who has no authority resists.
When I embrace my authority, I no longer resist my emotions. Shame, blame, guilt, judgement, depression, grief, boredom, anger, rage...all are allowed to move freely and be released. I stop being afraid of being embarrassed, rejected, judged, criticized, ridiculed, or hurt. I allow and welcome the parts of me I feel ashamed of.
